We love to make our clients happy with their finished video. Usually the number of changes is specified in the contract before the project begins. However, if you find that you need more changes, we can provide those services!

Time is required to best tell your story. We consider our work a form of art. To borrow a quote from Toy Story 2, “You can’t rush art.” Also, did you know that Sleeping Beauty took 7 years to create? While none of our projects have taken quite that long to create, the creative process all depends on the scope of the project. Some projects take a couple hours to film and edit while others may take several weeks or months to capture and edit all the needed materials.

Again, every project is different. We typically complete projects for our clients within 1-3 months but if your project is simple, it could be less. If there are a lot of moving parts, it could take longer than 3 months. If your project has a tight deadline, we are willing and able to be flexible to accommodate your needs!

Yes, you as the client own the copyright to the finished video! We retain the right to share your video on our website and for our portfolio unless you specify otherwise. In addition to this, we keep all the RAW footage and materials for future projects.

We use professional video equipment to tell your story. We offer professional lighting, audio, and video packages. If we don’t have the gear ourselves, we rent the best equipment to suite your project’s needs - we do this all the time! Our favorite pieces of gear to use are our Aputure light modifiers, Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 6k Pro, and DaVinci Resolve Studio.

We offer this service as an add-on, but we like to keep budgets low for our clients. If your appearance is of utmost importance, we rely on a network of professionals to take care of your hair, makeup, and wardrobe concerns!

No worries! We work with you to write the perfect script for your video need! We’ll brainstorm ideas and help with concept development so that you know exactly what you’re getting before we even turn a camera on!

If needed, we can do the filming for you and hand over the RAW footage on a hard-drive!

For most projects, we require a 50% deposit up-front with the balance due at project completion. The deposit secures the production dates and guarantees your delivery schedule.

We only offer negotiable rates on bulk video production or for repeat customers who plan to create a series of videos throughout the year.

No, there are no hidden fees! When we take on your project, we will work with you to outline all the details, services, and deliverables to meet the exact specifications of your project. Once you accept our final quote, the cost is set and there are no additional or hidden fees. The only additional fees would be if services are added outside the initial scope of the video production project. We strive to bring clarity to you up-front so that there are no surprises!

We aren’t currently hiring, but we’re ALWAYS looking to connect with other creatives to expand our creative team! We’ve worked with other collaborators around the world and love to support other creatives.
